MISSION COMPLETE
Our Work for RES Youth
Recently created in July 2025, RES Youth is a branch of RES that primarily focuses on the younger generation in Elementary school. Currently, we are working with 50+ Elementary students at Edith Wolford Elementary School. Building some of our lessons into the Elementary schools’ curriculum, we hope to elevate such students to new levels.
01
Empower the Young
The main goal of this project is to elevate the younger generation. Specifically, by teaching them the fundamentals of business, skills such as speaking, body language, and articulation, we hope to provide them with the necessary skills to succeed in the future.

02
Selling
August 12th to August 28th
Throughout these days, we helped students understand the different parts of selling. For example, how to persuade people using utility, quality, and convenience. Additionally, the skills they learned were integrated into their curriculum: students had to write an essay using the three strategies taught.
03
Team Work
September 3rd to September 24th
During September, we helped the youth understand the importance of teamwork in business and everyday life. We provided games where they had to talk to each other to be able to solve the problem. For example, they had to hold their hands and try getting a hula-hoop around the circle they formed.

04
Entrepreneurship
September 29th to October 11th
Moving into October, we wanted the students to understand the innovation part of business which comes from entrepreneurship. Using Buddy the dog we taught them how he was built and let them play and experiment with him a little bit.
05
Competition
October 14th to October 22nd
As we progressed into mid-October, after helping students understand the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship, we taught them competition. Specifically, how everyone is always trying to improve their products. We did this through a simulation where kids could win shirts.

06
Business Plans
November 1st to November 29th
As the students developed a foundation within their understanding of competition, we slowly taught them how to build business plans. These business plans were used to apply their knowledge of current events going on in the community.
07
Mission Complete
December 2nd to December 25th
The first inaugural chapter of RES Youth has officially come to an end. It has been a great time working with the students at Wolford Edith Elementary. We have seen them grow and develop crucial understandings within business. These insights will allow them to succeed in their future careers.
